We use 4 methods of printing, plus embroidery. |
We can Screen Print, up to 6 colours, and the standard screen size is A3 printable area. Colours can be mixed to Pantone reference, inks are Sericol or Screen Colour Systems for industry standard wash fastness. Artwork needs to be supplied seperated, and there is usually a screen charge. Please contact us to discuss, but for information it is not usually economical to screen print less then 25 shirts. |
We have a Canon 1150 laser transfer printer, for printing full colour onto white or light colour shirts. This is the heavy weight of laser printers, 500kg of heat balenced print heads with full oil finished printing through a Fiery RIP, it gives excellent quality prints, great wash fastness, and the shirt costs are very reasonable. Ideal for one-offs, send a jpeg or photo, and we can print it straight onto a shirt. |
We also CAD cut garment film, the preferred method for printing names and numbers on football and other sports wear. Top quality prints, totally opaque colours, multi colours possible. One offs are no problem, artwork must be vector format to enable our cutters to actually cut the design, please contact us for advice. |
We can also print and cut, a method where full colour artwork is printed, and then the image outline is cut and fused to the garment. Ideal for logo's on short run jobs. 2 ink systems available, please contact us for advice on which one is best for your job. |
Embroidery is handled by our sister company. We will quote, digitize your artwork, and supply and embroider garments to order. |
